There’s been a bit of a drought on The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword ever since the game was revealed at E3 last year. Nintendo were kind enough to bring a new trailer with them to GDC though, which you can see above.
It’s all about the gameplay here, as the trailer showcases Wii MotionPlus and its super-accurate sword fighting. Desert, forest, volcanic, and temple settings all feature, along with a huge range of enemies that we can look forward to slicing up. There’s also a slight nudge towards the story side of the game, with a look at a mysterious (read: creepy) man-thing perched on top of another… thing.
That’s all for now though. Stay tuned for E3, where Skyward Sword is bound to show off.
