Homefront‘s due for a PC patch this week, and it’s a good one for player who are getting bugged down by all those filthy cheaters and hackers.

A new DemoURL feature is included in the download, which allows players to find the location of stored demo files in a server playlist. That means server admins will now be able to store demos for players, but it can also be used to find cheaters as demoed matches can be used as evidence of any hacking.

On top of that there’s the usual bug fixes along with DirectX 10 and 11 support. Expect the patch to go live soon.
