With no news yet of the next in the series of Call of Duty, what better time than to release new content for the last game. Call of Duty: Black Ops will be getting a second aim at more maps with the upcoming Escalation map pack. In this pack will feature 4 new multiplayer maps and a new zombie map.

The names of the maps have been confirmed as Zoo, Hotel, Convoy and Stockpile, with the zombie map being simply named Call of the Dead. From the images offered here and the name of the maps, we can expect a bit of varied warfare. The Hotel level could promise something along the lines of Skidrow from Modern Warfare 2, whilst there's still no confirmation as to whether the Zoo level will feature bears. Maybe the odd monkey here and there.

Escalation will be released on the 3rd of May this year for Xbox Live.
