How will Patapon 3 mix things up compared to its predecessors? Simple; the Uberhero. As the latest trailer explains this single unit can be transformed into 21 different classes, each with its own skills and uses.
On top of this new ally there’s a host of changes to the Fever system and character upgrades that should prove to make this the most addicting entry in the franchise yet. The developers are promising nearly 700 weapons to slay your enemies with, too.
We’re hoping this isn’t the series swan song though; an NGP title using the touch screen is a must.
Patapon 3 is marching towards an April 12 release.
