Nel corso della GDC, al termine del postmortem di Eric Chahi dedicato ad Another World è arrivato l'annuncio relativo al porting del gioco in questione su iPhone e iPad.
La conversione verrà realizzata da DotEmu e dal publisher BulkyPix e, a quanto detto dallo stesso Chahi, "il primo prototipo appare splendido, su iPad".
Another World per iOS non uscirà prima della fine di quest'anno. Non è chiaro se la conversione sarà basata sul titolo originale del 1991 o sulla versione rimasterizzata del quindicesimo anniversario, uscita nel 2006.
